These terms apply to limitlessaiproductions.com and to the courses, community, mentorship, and business services offered under the Limitless AI Productions brand by LIMITLESS ASPIRATION INSPIRING PRODUCTIONS INC. ("we", "us"), a British Columbia company. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.
Joining the waitlist is free and does not require payment. Founder prices shown on the site are offered to waitlist members before public launch. We may change prices, tiers, and launch dates before you buy. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content and, where included, the community for your own learning. "Lifetime access" means for as long as we operate the course. You may not share logins or resell, copy, or redistribute course materials. Projects you build with what you learn are yours.
Group mentorship runs when a cohort fills. 1-on-1 intensives are by application and billed monthly as described on the site. Session times are booked together; missed sessions without 24 hours' notice may not be rescheduled.
AI audits, implementation, training, and partnership work are governed by a written proposal or agreement for each engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
Our courses are self-paced. Your access continues as offered, but course refunds are available only under the Action-Taker Guarantee below. There is no unconditional cooling-off or change-of-mind refund window for courses.
How to qualify. Within 30 days of your purchase date, you must:
How to claim. Email hello@limitlessaiproductions.com no later than day 30 after your purchase. Include your proof for each module and a short note on what you put into action and why it did not give you value. If you qualify, we will refund you in full.
Who does not qualify. You do not qualify if any module or proof is missing, if you miss the deadline, or if you did not take action on the steps. Buying the course without doing the work does not qualify for a refund. We may also refuse a refund in cases of abuse, for example downloading, copying, or sharing course content, or sharing your login.
What the guarantee covers. The guarantee rewards taking action. It is not a promise of income, results, or any particular outcome.
How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your course and community access is then removed.
Mentorship and 1-on-1. Fully refundable before your first session. After your first session, unused sessions in the period you paid for are refunded pro rata, and completed sessions are not refundable. For monthly 1-on-1 work, you can cancel future periods anytime.
Business services. As set out in your engagement agreement.
Your legal rights. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the laws of British Columbia.
We teach skills and share our own experience building in public. Any examples of income, projects, or results are illustrations, not typical or guaranteed outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, skills, and circumstances, and we do not promise any income, job, or business outcome. The site and content are provided "as is".
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
All course content, branding, and site materials belong to LIMITLESS ASPIRATION INSPIRING PRODUCTIONS INC. or its licensors.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
